No. We do not deliver rental gear directly to Airbnb accommodations.
Due to repeated delivery problems involving both accommodation hosts and rental customers, we have decided not to deliver to Airbnb apartments or other accommodations without a reliable reception desk.
However, Airbnb guests can use our Tokyo Area Gear Pickup Service. This service allows you to collect your rental gear from our designated pickup location near Tokyo Station.
The service is also suitable for guests staying at accommodations without 24-hour reception.
